I am a retired hotelier, and know the challenges of keeping a property and staff at peak performance. The management deserves an A plus rating. I actually needed to be closer to El Monumento and its medical community. My family noted there was no pool at Hodelpa in that area so we switched to the near airport location. We came to know the dining room staff over a period of 10 days and felt much at home while there as a result. We shall be back.

Amazing customer service, the reception helped me a lot during my trip providing me all the information and contacting excursion drivers for us to know the surroundings. I used the gym and the pool facilites which were clean and very pleasant. Rooms are beyond clean and beds are very confortable. We had a great time.

The breakfast was nice! we love our waiter JESHUA. I may not have spelled his name right. He was lovely and remembered that I like coffee and my husband like tea. Carmen our bartender was such a sweetheart. We loved the hotel. We'll be back.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was good, except the bathtub was not the best. It's hard to describe, but it was like pieces of a bath mat were left in the tub. This made it seem unclean. Airport transportation was awesome!!!
