The location was perfect for our stay the night before catching our flight. The shuttle service was free and we were so impressed when the shuttle driver pulled over shortly after leaving the hotel and we found out that the reason was that I left my luggage scale in the hotel room and a staff member found it and ran it out (across a busy road) and handed it to the driver. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and could speak English which we did not expect. The pool area was lovely and the food at the restaurant was very good, reasonably priced and served quickly.

So happy with the customer service, we didn't make our flight because we fly standby it was my 3 kids, husband and I. We had to wait until the next day at 6am, so we needed to look for a hotel, this amazing hotel was able to accommodate us and gave us the room at 10am instead of 3pm. I really appreciated that because my kids were so tired. All the hotel staff were really nice, hotel was very clean, the rooms were wonderful and the beds super comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Big rooms, absolutely quiet (to the backside, that was), stylish and cosy furniture, superb bedding and mattress, fully stocked Minibar, giant Flatscreen tv, perfectly precise working AC, fast internet. Super clean, super safe and super friendly staff. Good breakfast, free parking on hotel lot. Definitely closer to 5 stars then to the 4 they have applied to themselves!

There main restaurant has wonderful food The staff is amazing, so helpful and they make an effort knowing your name. Fantastic service There is a great pool in the back garden and sitting area with lounge chairs and a deck with a bar

The breakfast was nice! we love our waiter JESHUA. I may not have spelled his name right. He was lovely and remembered that I like coffee and my husband like tea. Carmen our bartender was such a sweetheart. We loved the hotel. We'll be back.
